Our small, intimate team allows all of us to have something special to offer to improve our quality as a unit. With offices in Farmington, Wixom, and Commerce - we provide top quality care throughout Oakland, Wayne, and the surrounding counties. We accept most insurances, and can work out payment plans for clients as needed.We have experience in treating multiple ages (1 month to 90+ years old), body regions (head to toe), and types of dysfunctions.

Medical Fitness
Medical Fitness is a program offered through our Wixom/Funstrength location. This program is a well balanced/full body comprehensive approach to overall fitness.

After-Care Program
Our After-Care Program comes into play once we feel that you have outgrown/overcome the general physical therapy level. From here we may advance your therapeutic exercises, drop down your visits, wean off your manual work (etc) and see how your body responds to see if graduation day is really in your future.

Chiropractic
Chiropractic services are something we keep close to us when it comes to treating/healing the body. Through our Farmington location, we share our office with our dear friends, Dr. Karen Slota (Soft Tissue Solutions) and Dr. Samantha Brish (Element Chiropractic and Wellness)— who also treats in our Wixom location—both women very unique and specialized in their own techniques. Some you may recognize are Active Release Treatment, Dry Needling, Cupping, Shockwave, and more.
Integrated Health
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a special type of stretching that involves stretching the entire fascial chains of the body combined with traction of the joints. Different from a typical stretch that you may be able to do on your own, FST goes above and beyond. Offered by Kaitlyn, our PT tech in Farmington, this is a service you may see in office or be offered to you as a supplement to physical therapy.

Massage
Massage is something that we feel can be very beneficial during or post our physical therapy program, depending on your specific situation. Throughout our locations, we have Meredith (Finely Tuned Massage) treating (mostly) out of our Wixom/Funstrength location and Liz, treating out of our Commerce location.
Personal Training/Performance Enhancement
Primarily through our Funstrength location, we offer all types of fitness services. Having a therapeutic background definitely carries a positive impact into the fitness realm. Whether you are an athlete, or looking for general fitness/exercise, we have group class, small group or personal training options for you to reach your goals.
